The population at the 2011 census was 6,577. The municipal unit consists of the villages Miras, Vidohovë, Arrëz, Çetë, Qytezë, Sinicë, Nikolicë, Menkulas, Ponçarë, Braçanj, Koshnicë, Dobranj, Fitore, Ziçisht, Gjyres and Sul.
